Spring continues to roll on here in my corner of the world. At it’s own back-and-forth/here-and-there pace, of course. With drama (so! much! rain!) and wind and birdsong and blooms.
And color! Lots and lots of color.
Here.
See for yourself!
(As usual, this is a gallery. You can click in for a slideshow of sorts. And if you’re curious about one of the photos, you can hover in the center and the name of the photo – which includes some sort of “clue” to what it is/what it’s about will appear; elusive but helpful if you’re curious.)

I love seeing your poetry books piled up and ready to read, and I also see some volumes I may need to purchase for myself as a Poetry Month present. Your dinner looks delightful and that serviceberry is indeed magical!
Some lovey things happening in your corner of the world. How are you liking Theo?
My favorites are the stack of books and the stack, er, tray of food. I can no longer drink wine, but put a Pilsener glass of beer on that tray and I am there. What a nice way to document your days.
April has just been an amazing month! (and it looks like it has been in your corner of the world as well!!)
I just ordered myself a copy of Night Owl, I love Nezhukumatahil’s poetry and essays! Those grape hyacinths are so pretty!
I like seeing that the patio is getting readied for time outdoors! Many good things here — books, snacks, sunshine, art. There is something missing, though (how did JoJo miss her cameo opportunities?).
Have been perusing furniture for my screened in porch, and your patio set-up is lovely! Camera roll is looking pretty great, Kym.
What a wonderful gallery! I love your new patio furniture! It’s so wonderful when the garden starts showing colors. LOVE those gelli prints!
So much good going on here! I think if we’re going to get new outside furniture we need to move quickly! I’m reading Theo too…
Beautiful pictures. I love the “sky drama” one. And many of the others. Lovely stack of poetry books – I have 3 on the way to me from the library!
You got new outdoor furniture! I’m so glad, I know this is something you’ve been thinking about for a few years! Your garden is so full of life and color. Things are just lovely in your corner of the world.
