As I explained a couple of weeks ago, sometimes on Fridays I’ll be sharing something I found on the Internet. It will most likely be something I found on Instagram while aimlessly scrolling. Something interesting, funny, inspirational, or thought-provoking. Something I enjoyed – and something I think you might enjoy, too.
This week, I’m sharing some garden magic . . .

Just think what we all might accomplish . . . with a little love, determination, and very hard work!
Enjoy a wonderful weekend.
(But if you’re out in the garden, I don’t recommend working in a pencil skirt and heels.)
Love this! Though I think I will wear more sensible shoes when I’m out in my garden!
She’s an inspiration! I’ve had an idea brewing in the back of my head for a “secret room” off the patio with a deep archway, a winding path and shrubs and flowers and a bench but I already struggle to keep up with what I already have. I can see it my mind’s eye though and I think I’d love it.
I was out in my garden/jungle yesterday, watching my grandson dig and making notes about getting my place back to a thing of beauty and joy.
This is lovely (and she seems quite spry, even with heels on a ladder)!
Very good story and she did a beautiful job with the garden.
Beautiful! Love, determination and hard work FTW.
My gardening outfit is indeed quite different.
Link does not work for me, just returns me to your page.
I know. I wonder how she gardened in that skirt and heels for heaven’s sake. She is an inspiration though.
Let’s all take a page (or two!!) from her book! What a dose of good medicine.
Such a wonderful idea (Internet Magic) Kym! My favorite of yours yet! Love this “old lady” (who may even be younger than me LOL), her garden, and her ACCENT!
It actually reminds of Fresh Water for Flowers although I know Violette was younger than this. Just lovely.
What a delight! (and of course I LOVE the pencil skirt and heels) – thank you for sharing!
I love this, Kym! No front yard of her own, but she managed to bring her beauty to the neighborhood! (And I love her thoughts on a “miracle”… too right that!
