Some knits slog on and on. And some knits just fly off the needles!
Which is what this sweet little bandana did for me . . . it flew!
I give full credit for my speedy knit to the ease of the pattern, the World Cup knock-out rounds, and . . . the unfortunate toxic air that kept me inside for days.
I enjoyed knitting this little bandana — the pattern, the yarn, and the way it turnd out. Which is perfect for my wardrobe and a great match for my “personal style.” I know I’ll wear it a lot . . . especially once the heat eases up. It’s a really great size and has a nice drape and a pleasing “heft.”

And what am I working on now? Oh, I’m back to that assigned pooling shawl with the rust blobs. (Only an inch to go . . . ) (. . . a loooong inch)

The bandanna is lovely! I had hoped to be working on one of my own by fall but I’m also set on using Japanese Denim Cotton. It’s on sale but all colors are sold out. đ That’s okay; I don’t really want to interrupt my dishtowel knitting and duplicate stitching with a new shiny object. It really does look they designed it for you!
LOVE IT! Oh man, that is so cute, Kym! I think this could be as wearable as an AC triangle bandana! AND!! it looks like it would be perfect to do a bit of embroidery on! Come on Purl Soho… get that yarn back in stock! (and those knock out rounds were something, weren’t they?!)

It’s adorable! It definitely suits you, and I’m glad it was a pleasurable knit. It certainly looks like it was the perfect thing to work on while watching the World Cup. I’m just working on the never-ending hat, though I have less yarn left to knit than I’ve already knit up, so the end is in sight.

It looks beautiful on you, Kym! I love those long tails that provide so many styling options. I am considering it in a brighter color to freshen up some dark jacketsâŠbut then I am considering a lot of things (LOL).
ooh I love it and It is so you! It would also be very me,I am also a sucker for the Purl Soho projects thanks to the way they present them. I always stop short of ordering the cotton because no one told me how great it is! Now I am keeping an eye on it coming back into stock.
