Next month, I’ll be turning 65. (Along with Barbie, by the way. We’ve grown up together!) To commemorate and celebrate this auspicious occasion (my birthday, not Barbie’s), I’ve started my own “deep dive” into the topic of . . . aging. Particularly, into aging well and how I might manage that on my own terms. I’ve been doing quite a lot of research . . . reading, watching, collecting, planning . . . and now I’m ready to take action. I am seriously motivated to . . . defy gravity; to live my best and most active/healthy life . . . for whatever’s left of my life.

And then I got thinking that maybe some of you might also be interested in this topic. So I’ve decided to share some of my findings in occasional blog posts. It’ll be kinda random — there won’t be a set schedule or certain days for “defying gravity” posts. They’ll just show up here every now and then.

What do you think?
(And if you think you’re too young for this topic, well . . . it’s never too early to prepare yourself for healthy aging. And if you’re way ahead of me here? Well, there are always new things to learn and new tricks to try.)

So.
Watch for future posts.
Let’s embrace getting older and defy some gravity . . . together!
