SHIFT Journal 2022

This art journal provided an opportunity for me to reflect on and respond to my “one little word” for 2022 . . . SHIFT.

The entries include quotes, poems, monthly reflections, and art collage. Some of the entries are inspired by prompts provided by Ali Edwards in her One Little Word workshop.

The journal itself is a 9-ring pressboard binder, 8-1/2 inches X 11 inches, filled with 7 x 10-1/4 inch craft paper pages.
