Last week I explained that I’m on a new knitting bender . . . on the heels of my obsessive dishcloth knitting bender. And while I have no finished product to show you this week, I can show you some . . . parts.
Because this knitting bender . . . is an assembly line bender!
I’ve got bodies . . .
I’ve got hats . . .
I’ve got brooms (thanks to late-night texts with Vicki because sometimes you need a friend to interpret directions and whisper key phrases like “just make a tassel at the end of the broomstick” to keep the assembly line flowing) . . .
And so, the coven is moving along the assembly line, ever closer to gathering . . .
Maybe by next week?
==========
How about you? What are you making this week?
You are on an adorable bender! (I may go to Vicki in the future if I need simplified and clear instructions.) Looking forward to seeing the assembly at the end of the line!
What fun! I think this is the best kind of bender ever! (and perfect for October!) Those brooms! Too cute!
Super cute! Can’t wait to meet the members when they’ve gotten themselves together!
LOVE those! (Especially the brooms!) And I think the Assembly Line approach is wise. Because three…
Still knitting the back of Lincoln’s sweater here, and I’ve started cutting up old tablecloths for a printing project.
Have fun on your bender!
They’re so adorable!! And I’m so happy that I could assist. I was tempted to cast on another witch (or three), and I still might, but decided to get going on Ali’s temp panel!
They are adorable! Especially their little green handsies. And the brooms! I’ve got a heck of a lot of reverse applique to do. And I’m doing it.
Please tell me there is also a little knitted cauldron for them in the works, because they are so adorable and they need one!
Those are absolutely adorable!
Those little witches are adorable! I’m glad you are enjoying knitting them in pieces and I hope the assembly goes along nicely!
Those little witches are darling. I hope the assembly goes smoothly.
Oh my goodness! How cute! And what clever “brooms”. I am working on finishing WIPs. Good luck to me.
oh my! I’m surely not making anything nearly that interesting … or seasonally FUN!
How fun to see them come together! Halloween is a fun time to have crazy gothic creatures running about. Can’t wait to see them finished.
