When I turned my wall calendar over to June on Sunday, I suddenly realized that . . . HEY! Our Read With Us discussion is coming right up!!!
So here’s a little reminder for all of us: Discussion Day for our spring Read With Us selection – Nesting by Roisín O’Donnell – is scheduled for next week . . . Tuesday, June 10. Bonny and Carole and I will each be posting discussion questions on our blogs that day, and then at 7:00 (Eastern time zone) we’ll gather for a face-to-face book group meeting on Zoom.
The book is a quick, compelling read, so even if you haven’t started it yet, you likely still have time to read it before our discussion.
If you’d like to join us for the Zoom discussion, please RSVP by leaving a comment here on this post — or send me an email using the reservation link in the sidebar. We’d love to have you join us! Our discussions are always interesting, the group is friendly and welcoming, and it’s just a quite nice way to connect with each other every few months.
(I’ll be sending out the Zoom invitation links next Monday afternoon, so please get me your RSVPs by then.)
C’mon along!
Read With Us.
I’ll be there!
I’m looking forward to our meeting next week. Bound to be a good discussion (as always).
I’m hoping to come, or at least participate — we’re traveling home that day, so I’m not sure I’ll be in a place to zoom. I’d say quickly is the best way to read this (very good) book. I would have had more restful nights if I’d finished it faster.
I’ll be there!
I plan to be there next Tuesday!
Oh wow, that’s already next week! I certainly hope I can make it, but I might be a little late (it all depends on whether someone else is willing and able to walk the dog and put her to bed).
