At times like these, there is no more satisfying project . . . than a needle felting project.

Because, seriously. Nothing beats stabbing rolled up pieces of wool with a barbed needle!

Over
and
over
and
over again.

I started making these little mushrooms way back in June, when Erin was visiting. They have just languished in my pick-it-up-again-someday pile since then. But yesterday, when I couldn’t bear one more minute on Sleeve Island, I decided some stabbing was in order.

Really. This is the most satisfying kind of project for times like these. Y’know. When you’re feeling especially . . . stabby.

How about you? What are you working on these days?
